Lady Fatimah al-Zahra'’s (sa) Prayer. It is narrated that Lady Fatimah al-Zahra', peace be upon her, used to offer a two-unit prayer taught by Archangel Gabriel. In the first unit, she used to recite Surah al-Fatihah and repeat Surah al-Qadr one hundred times. In the second unit, she used to recite Surah al-Fatihah and Surah al-Tawhid. Volume 8, Book 75, Number 318: Narrated Shaddad bin Aus: The Prophet said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is: 'Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta." 1. Dua to increase knowledge. Rabbi zidni 'ilma. “Lord! Increase me in knowledge.”. 2. Dua for a content heart and beneficial knowledge. Allahumma inni a'uzu bika min 'ilmin la yanfa', wa min du'a-in la yusma', wa min qalbin la yakhsha', wa min nafsin la tashba'. “O Allah, I seek refuge with You from knowledge that does not bring benefit Allahumma innee aAAoothu bika minal-kufr, walfaqr, wa-aAAoothu bika min AAathabil-qabr, la ilaha illa ant (three times). O Allah, grant my body health, O Allah, grant my hearing health, O Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped except You. (three times) O Allah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty, and I Ya Alimu, alimni. O All-Knowing, grant me knowledge. O Allah! Advance me in Knowledge and true understanding. Allahumma inni as'aluka fahmal-nabiyyen wa hifthal mursaleen al-muqarrabeen. O Allah! I ask You for the understanding of the prophets and the memory of the messengers, and those nearest to You. Ya Hayyu, Ya Qayyumu, Ya Rabba Musa wa Allahumma inni a’udhubika minal-ajzi wal-kasal (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from helplessness (to do good) and indolence). Helplessness is lack of ability while indolence is lack of will. This is because a person may be prevented from doing an action due to illness, old age or lack of volition or will. That is why the Prophet SAW used to Robbana Anfa’na (Do’a Khotmil Jalsah) Untaian bait do’a penutup Majelis. Bait do’a ini dulu rutin dibaca setiap selesai belajar di Madrasah atau majelis ta’lim secara bersama-sama. الدعاء ختم W4lQF.
